Lunch on a Saturday 3 employees and no pizza come on get your store together this is ridiculous we paid 75 dollars and have no food!

Slow! No one at counter. No one to order special request. Half the buffet was empty. There was more staff than customers. All the staff was hiding in back on their phones. It took 20 minutes to get custom order and unlike other cicis that make you small one and bring it to you. This place just throws it on the buffet and it’s gone before you know it’s there. Also saw wings on bottom of rack near where they were sweeping. Very unsanitary.

The ones in Montgomery closed down and since we were in Prattville today,decided to stop by for a quick lunch amidst our shopping. We found a friendly staff, clean establishment and pretty good food for the price. The coke was out and after notifying an employee, it was changed quickly and she even came over to let me know it was up and running. I wanted to try a little bit of everything so I started with a salad. Can’t go wrong there,right? All fresh, nicely displayed and CLEAN! ⭐️ Next was the pasta and soup. Not quite sure what the soup was but it was tasty. The pasta was quite a bit overdo
