Matthew Ozbun★★★★★We had such a terrific experience with Arie at the bar! Im almost afraid to share it, some of you don't deserve it. This is not your typical hotel restaurant. Every person we interacted with was extremely pleasant. The food was outstanding! We had conecuh sausage dip, catfish, and chicken fried steak. The portions were huge. We are already planning to stay at this Marriott on our next adventure. The Oak tavern truly is a hidden gem.
Michael Isom★★★★The filet steak and sweet potato fries were great. The catfish was also good. However, the broccoli and hush puppies were both over peppered in our opinion unfortunately. Overall, the restaurant has great atmosphere whether day or night. Also, the staff was generally attentive and helpful, but it was a slow night.
Foodie★★★★★Fried tickles, Shrimp and crawfish fondue, was excellent. Ceaser Salad is great, go light on the dressing it’s very strong. Sicilian chicken was a little toasty but overall good. Atmosphere is the best part. Overall, a hidden gem.

Our waiter..Surf...gave us the best service ever..gave recommendations which were delicious. And the food...you must try for yourself. Ours entrees and appetizers were GREAT!!! The manager checks with guest on food and service..5☆ experience. .
