Terrible experience of having cheese bread. Hardly any flavor for the bread. The place has the seating closed most of the time yet charges premium price for the bread Slices. The people who work here are always grumpy as if they are forced into this labor. Napkins: you get exactly one napkin when you pay 10$ worth of products. Before pandemic: This was a breather place to have a quick bread bite before pandemic. I went there with an older memory of seeing this place with long queues.

I ordered there pesto bread & creamy French bread. Both breads where delicious. I wasn't too happy with the service. I felt rushed, which they weren't busy at all either & they didn't cut either of my breads. I was sharing so we ripped the breads which ended up making a mess. I'm not sure if Anderson's doesn't cut there bread anymore, I haven't been there in awhile. It was just off putting for me.

I visited this location with my husband since I really like Andersen's cheese danishes. We ordered iced coffee and it was quite sour which makes me think their coffee beans are either too old or low quality. I also got Turkey Avocado Swiss sandwich. The flavor was okay, but I noticed something dark so I opened up the sandwich and it turned out it was a rotten piece of lettuce. By that time my husband had completed his half of sandwich. I took the sandwich with rotten leaf to the guy who was making it to show and they seemed pretty indifferent. No apologies or anything, they just said "Okay". T

I do not recommend the place, I bought pastries and they were old, all soft and chewy. I showed the employees the product and they ignored me. I asked to speak to a manager and they didn't want to change the pastry for something fresh, nor did they give me my money back. They didn't want to try the product and treated me like a liar. Terrible service They could educate employees to have better customer service. It's money invested for a fresh product, not something in bad condition.
