Always liked Chick-fil-a but a while ago when the minimum wage went up their prices did by a lot too. However recently the rest of the market caught up so they are still a bit high but their quality is better then most fast food chains. Had their breakfast sausage muffin and honestly it's pretty solid as well. Great fries with good chicken, would recommend getting their app to save money on their orders.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast-food chains because the food usually feels fresh, clean, and consistently tasty. This Milpitas location is just another solid Chick-fil-A experience. My go-to order is usually the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries, though I also enjoy their Southwest salad. I especially like how efficiently they manage crowds and the drive-thru system, something they’ve done really well since the pandemic. Overall, a reliable spot if you’re craving quick and tasty fast food.

This Chick-fil-A location has been consistently disappointing. They don't seem to pay close attention to orders. I ordered a regular Chicken Biscuit, but they gave me the spicy version instead. I'm not sure how that mistake happens. On top of that, I waited at the drive-thru window for about 25 minutes. To make matters worse, the manager didn't give me my 16¢ in change. I understand it's only 16 cents, but it's the principle. At the very least, they should have acknowledged it or asked if I wanted the change instead of assuming it didn't matter.
