2.15.2026- it was our second time after 2 years. This time we tried the combo beef pho with Bê Thui (Smoked Veal). The broth was clear and not salty or greasy. A generous amount of meat and a big chunk of gristle (I love gristle 😁). Surprisingly the Smoked Veal really added a nice touch to the pho. You eat it by dipping it in a light soybean paste. Over all, it was delicious. The restaurant is always bright & clean. Service can improve. They could come back at least once to ask if we needed anything else like hot tea or water. Still we will come back to try something else soon.

Delicious food and definitely feels like a mom and pop restaurant. The Pho is definitely on point and authentic Vietnamese. The vermicelli bowl is also a great choice if you're not feeling "souping" vibe. The staff are nice and food comes out quick if they're not busy.

I don't get Pho often but have enough times to loosely tell how good or bad it is. Here overall I won't say it's great but it's not that bad. Meats are definitely a bit fatty in a bad way but broth and serving size for the price was pretty good. For a mall Pho shop it's not the worst thing you could pick.

Had a great time here with my husband. He ordered the #62 and I ordered the #65. Although the salmon was a bit bland, it was still cooked and prepared really well! Will definitely come to eat here again.
