I found this place almost five years ago when they were serving from a cart in a parking lot of a mall in San Ramon. At that time, the taste and quality were mind-blowing! However, I recently visited their restaurant in Milpitas, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. The taste and quality have significantly declined. We dined at the Milpitas location . The patio seating was awesome . The owners , Vidya and her husband , were very hospitable , friendly and getting to know each and every customer and the customers’ needs . The dosas lived up to the hype , set dosa was 10/10 in regard to texture and taste . Rava Idli was fluffy but may be a tad bit more fluffier than my liking . Mysore masala and chutney were delicious. Coffee was perfectly done to filter coffee version . Highly recommend this for Benne Mysore masala and set dosa .

Went here for breakfast and ordered benne mysuru masala dosa and tatthe idli I think thats what theyre called. The benne dosa was sooo good like crispy buttery edges and that soft masala inside just hit. Would 100 percent go back just for the dosa alone. The idli was crazy soft like actually melt in your mouth soft. Had it with that red powder masala thing with ghee and it was fire. Simple but so satisfying. This is a proper Bangalore-style restaurant. We ordered masala dosa, tatte idli, kharabath (also known as upma), and two filter coffees. The food was truly authentic—we could genuinely taste that Bangalore flavor. The dosa and Upma were top-notch. I’d definitely recommend everyone to visit this place. Also, don’t get confused by thinking it’s just a truck. They started as a food truck, but now they have a proper restaurant that’s peaceful and spacious.
