I usually stop by this Dunkin’ almost every day ☕️ and I’ve always appreciated how friendly and welcoming the team is 😊. It’s honestly been part of my routine and something I look forward to. Today, though, felt a bit different. I was greeted by someone new, and the interaction didn’t have that same warm, positive vibe I’m used to 🤷‍♂️. Of course, I totally understand that everyone can have an off day, and I’m not judging anyone for that 🙏. I just wanted to share my experience so there’s a bit of awareness. I really value great customer service, and I know this location is capable of it 💯

Cannot believe this man is working, much less with people. I walked in and was trying to use my app to redeem an offer of a $3 refresher beverage. he was annoyed, impatient, and very rude. shockingly rude. I was nice, trying to make jokes, smile, and then his refusal to help me got me irate. he wouldn't listen when I showed him my phone. I couldn't get the barcode to come up so I couldn't get the item. Its summer, hot, and I really needed hydration. I was thirsty and he was visibly annoyed at my standing at counter. my frustration grew at the app and at his inaction. worse, after standing at

Highly advise getting Dunkin up the street. I’ve ordered here a few times either to give them a try or because I accidentally chose as the location since it’s so close to the other one, and it’s a constant let down every single time. Iced coffee is NEVER right. Today I got my order warm w no ice. As nicely as I can say it, this location needs to be shut down. Over the course of 3 years, the coffee has not got any better at this location. You can see my cup of coffee has no ice and it hardly tastes like butter pecan. amazing food tastes great and requested fresh and with a smile.) demographically it can be tough for them different types of people around who either care or don't care about the streets and it's not always their fault. they have to deal with alot of different scenarios which can be tough on perfect quality every time
