Spacious location and within walking distance of the Milwaukee Public Museum, public library, courthouse, and convention center. It is actually very spacious inside. I got their $6 meal deal for lunch. They had lots of donuts and ice cream ready for customers.

The customer service and attention to detail is abhorrent at this location. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew and instead got the latte version. It’s very clear which version I ordered and is visible on the label on the cup, but because the workers seem to be too busy talking to each other and having an attitude they seemed to miss that. Any other time it wouldn’t have been an issue since I drink lattes too but this one was made with cows milk which I cannot drink in large quantities and is hence why I opted for the cold brew instead. I bought a papuccino blast and a shake... I had never seen the shake get ice... very bad attention... I was asking for my order and I did not pay attention to being on his phone.
