Wendy Lynn Markus★★★★★I attended a private event at Il Cervo in the Four Seasons Room, which is a gem in its own right. The space features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Milwaukee, along with a lovely fireplace that adds a cozy touch. The food, however, was the true star of the evening. It was a “write home about it” meal and one of the best I’ve ever had. As a fan of Italian cuisine, I found that the dishes at Il Cervo went well beyond the flavors I typically enjoy and expect. The meal began with a fresh, flavorful salad that was almost too beautiful to eat (though I’m glad I did because
Kathryn Hall★★★★★Had a wonderful experience at Il Cervo this weekend. We were greeted with complimentary champagne. It was our wedding anniversary & when we got to our table, there was a Happy Anniversary card signed by the staff - with complimentary dessert offered. The food was amazing & the service was great. They honored our request to be seated by the window so we could see the rooftop views. They made us feel very special on our anniversary. The roasted garlic focaccia is a MUST! 10/10 experience.
Donya Donye★★★★★I dined at Il Cervo on October 31st for a pre-birthday dinner, and it was such a wonderful experience. My server was great. I wish I remembered her name because every dish she recommended was absolutely perfect. She was friendly, patient, and attentive, which made the whole evening feel really special. For appetizers, I ordered the Calabrian Chili Crisp Mozzarella, and it was pretty good. The mix of chili oil, cheese, and salami was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For my main course, I had the Squid Ink Gnocchi with butter-poached lobster, squash-blossom cream, Calabrian chili, a
Kristin D★★★★One of the best new happy hour spots - $6 appetizers and spritz cocktails, including polenta-crusted fried artichokes, sausage stuffed dates, and delicious focaccia bread. Nice selection of beer and wine available too. Service was courteous and efficient, but servers seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Our first visit they happily let us take our snacks and drinks to the lounge area, but this time they told us that is no longer allowed. You have to sit at the bar, meaning you’re facing away from one of the best features of this place - the spectacular city views!
