My heartfelt gratitude to: CIERRA, COHEN & BOBBIE JO~ all three at the MINT HILL location. On two separate occasions, I called to ensure a certain product was available. Cohen & Bobbie Jo briefly placed me on hold while they ran to confirm if items were indeed, available. Once I arrived to pick up my items~ CIERRA is truly "THE AMBASSADOR" for this store! "She's the Hostest with the Mostest!" ALL treated me so warmly and kindly. Thank you! What an AWESOME TEAM AT MINT HILL!

Needs better management. Never is there small hand carry cart available at the front entrance. All of the coolers on the register isles are half empty and what is in there is knocked over and looks terrible. They are always out of stock of the Starbucks mocha drinks. I challenge the manager to go look right now and there will be no hand carts at the front entrance. Go across the street to Publix and I guarantee you there will be hand carts available at the entrance and they will have Starbucks in stock and all of their coolers will be nice, neatly arranged and be fully stocked
