I've been going to this location for years, unfortunately yesterday was not my pleasure. I ordered two Cobb salads one for lunch and the other for dinner. Almost finished with lunch I found a hair. Disgusted is an understatement considering I was almost finished. I immediately called the store and spoke to Juan I was told he would replace them tomorrow. So here we are and I have to leave work to go replace the salads BIG inconvenience! Only to arrive and Juan has the day off. Hello Houston!! Atmosphere good and service good, but the food would be too if it wasn't TEFLON PLASTIC MATERIAL in and on my food. Chick fil A @ 6895 Highway 6South Houston, TX 77083. Its against health regulations to not clean or change the Teflon sheets. because of this YOU'VE HAPPILY BEEN FEEDING YOUR CUSTOMERS TEFLON TEFLON TEFLON NOT A MY PLEASURE MOMENT FOR NONE OF US CHICK FIL A YALL SEE THE FOOD BEFORE YOUR CUSTOMERS DO!!! This was the worst chick fil a I've ever been to because the drive thru wait was the longest ever for any fast food place I've been to. So crazy cause I guess I'm used to multiple people outside taking orders before you even reach the speaker/menu (and it was such a nice day out). There were 2 cars in front of me before I ordered and that took at least 10 minutes until my turn to get to the speaker. I ate here the other day and was served by Flor. Her amazing customer service funny personality and charming looks really made my day. She spoke to me and I loved her piercing! What a wonderful girl. She also made sure my food was hot and fresh.
