Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and 2 pc chicken. The bun was old and tough. The sauce was good. The chicken was good. The yuca fries was also tough. Portion is small. The banana and horchata was too sweet.

This was my first visit. Customer Service was bad and I felt rushed with no one behind me. I got a 4 piece and a nugget combo to share with family. Food was good but the customer service was non existent which I found off putting. I don’t need to be catered to, but some basic cs skills would be nice. I felt more like a hinderance to them.

Food is amazing but the drive thru lady could have better customer service, she was rushing and talking too fast we couldn’t understand what she was saying. Now the lady that took the food out to us louisa was really nice, hire more people like her.
