Abanico is truly a gem in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission District. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and intention goes into every detail. Every time I’ve stopped by it’s clean, warm, and inviting, which makes it such a place to sit, catch up with a friend, or work from home. That said, the real star of the show is their coffee. You can taste the quality in every sip. Their specialty drinks are creative without being overdone, and my personal favorite, the café con morro, is absolutely rich and perfectly balanced. Walked a long way to get to this place and it was well worth it . If I had to pick one coffee shop in SF to go to ever back here. It would be this place. They have a very creative menu centered around Latin American flavors. The service was very friendly as Latin Americans are.
