Day shift is great but the night shift just throw anything together! Come on now this is people's hard earned money! If Sonic doesn't want to serve the food right why stay open?? Messed up burgers and tater tots get dipped back in the grease if you order them! It's sad!I asked fo4 bacon!!! What's is this????

Pulled up to Sonic for a quick snack before the rain let's just start with the lady on the speaker she had to yell so loud because she couldn't hear my order but she repeated it clear and got it correct however this yt heavy set woman cane out with my food and an attitude so big I rather not ever come back. I asked for ranch when ordering my food and it was repeated but as the lady came with my food I said there's no ranch I'm the bag she responded did you check the bag all sarcastic and I said I did then she goes to her pocket to pull out the 1 ranch for my meal lol how do you expect me to ea

I ordered a chili cheese coney hot dog with cheese tots and a drink last night and if it wasn't already bad enough that I had to turn back around to get my cheese tots because they didn't give it to me, I came to realize that I was given tater tots with chili and cheese on top with the tater tots placed to mimic the hot dog bun instead of my hot dog this morning. Since it was dark outside last night, I couldn't see that it wasn't a hot dog that I was given and it's obvious that whoever cooked my food did this on purpose. I really wasted my money and time. Ordered two orders of mozzarella sticks. Ask for marinara; got none. Asked server for some; she said you had to pay for it. I told her that wasn't true that you should get one with the order if you asked. She came back and brought me one marinara and said the manager said that was all we could have. I walked in and asked for it and the manager claimed she "thought" she had put 4 in our order. I told her there were none.
