Picked up a Car-side to-go about an hour ago. My wife ordered a quesadilla burger like always and to her surprise it was sloppy and uncut. When she went to cut the burger down the middle it revealed the obvious red and very raw meat inside the burger. Not only was it underdone, it was still raw ground meat with a lightly cooked outer-shell. Now I have to wonder if this burger was purposefully left uncut because someone knew how undercooked it was? Worst part is that my wife has never ordered a pink burger a day in her life. So I know that we selected the “no pink” option on the order and have

It took over 20 mins for a server to take our order, she was helping our main server out. We had no silverware ( 3 people) she brought out our app and said the dishes are being washed. Then came back with 2 sets of plastic ware. Our food was cold, the slaw had mold. The manger was amazing. We left... didn't want a recook. After mold, one losses an appetite.

Food is good, got a server who just keep rolling her eyes at me and getting smart. Definitely left without tipping and I don't feel bad after her performance. If you want to be treated with respect then respect others that simple. I'm definitely not bringing my family back to this location.
