I'm embarrassed to admit that although I live not far away from Halcyon, I've never been here before. We went for brunch on a Saturday and sat at the bar. The drinks (especially the "Pearanormal") were spot on. We tried the oysters, which were also perfect. The Steak & Eggs Au Poivre (Filet Mignon, Smashed Potatoes, Fried Egg) was absolutely delicious and filling. We will definitely be back, for sure! Listen I know I’m halfway through this drink and ate all my apps but my God. First of all, the bartender Fizz is fantastic. I got the same drink twice (rare) and it tasted the same. She was so attentive to us and cleared our plates; even wiped down the bar THROUGHOUT our visit to make sure it was clean for us. Besides her amazing bartending, her attention to us and the rest of the bar was UNMATCHED. Definitely coming back here for her. Now the apps for happy hour? Amazing.
