Received food and it was hot indeed…fries perfect…sandwich not so much…was full of hair. As I called the location to request a refund, nobody ever answered. Worse food in a long time! First and last time at this location.

I paid $13 for this raggedy moldy sandwich. I already was having a bad day you don’t give people moldy food and I’m highly allergic to mold. I feel so disrespected right now y’all need to stop playing with peoples food I was so hungry I haven’t ate in 2 weeks I’m heartbroken

Not only were the workers exrealmy rude and snappy for no reason. People at the fry station and the store manager biting their nails and then bagging fries and other food. That’s disgusting. Drinks had no carbonation and all were HOT coming out. Worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER been too. And that’s coming from an EX McDonald manager.

went to this establishment after seeing billie eilish in nola. the food was incredibly satisfying and tho the employees seemed to be a bit confused they were still absolute divas. thanks queens stay sexy❤️ (proof of food being eaten in the photo attached)
