📍 McDonald’s 🗓️ 06/12/2026 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) 🍔🍟⭐️ What a fantastic McDonald’s experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind from the moment I walked in 😊👏. Great customer service can make all the difference, and this team definitely delivered. The highlight of the visit was the PlayPlace 🛝🎉. It even had a rock-climbing wall 🧗‍♂️, which is something I’ve never seen in a McDonald’s PlayPlace before! The kids absolutely loved it ❤️. The restaurant was very clean ✨🧼, both the dining area and PlayPlace were well-maintained, and there was plenty of seating inside 🪑

2/6/2026 Food 0 stars The order was wrong, fries and nuggets cold. Service 0 stars Girl at the drive thru was rushing through the Order as if she had a train to catch. We ordered 6 Mcchickens, a quarter pounder burger 🍔, Large fries 🍟 and 10pc chicken nuggets. This is not the first time I have ordered here and gotton bad service. I usually let things go. But today after all the doctor appts, and having to rush home we figured we would order from McDonalds to save time. Really pissed at the place. Waste of my money and time. Had a really bad experience at this McDonald's computers went down after I ordered from the kiosk and to top the problem the kiosk did not print a receipt for my order. I waited for the problem to get fixed about a good 20 minutes at least possibly longer. I tried to show the manager my order off my app but wouldn't get my order done whats the reason for the app if they couldn't get my order from it? I guess she rather have a lobby full of people waiting for the problem to get fixed

Love this place. I go out of my way to eat at this specific McDonald’s after work. But yall gotta fire Bryan or put him in the kitchen. The customer service just isn’t there and he’s always acting so put out. I’ve worked drive through, kitchen, and basically any customer service job you can think of. It takes asking the same question twice, for clarification, to seemingly piss him off. He has an ugly attitude and I’m sure I’m not the only one to think so. Nothing is worse than getting off my 10 hour night shift just to be talked to like I’m annoying someone whose only job is to have basic mann
