I stopped going to subway awhile ago like most because the quality and the price didn’t match (esp when you compare to competitors) I went again, you can no longer build your meal based on protein you can take away but not add. Want spinach instead of lettuce? Too bad. Want pickles but they aren’t listed as an ingredient you can’t add it anymore. Online you look and it says add a side and drink for 3.25, nope they charge separately here The employee was nice and I’m not sure if she was just untrained or if these are subways new policies, but I’ll stick with literally any other sandwich shop. Company is usually petty good but to only have one employee on the clock with s line of people is just not acceptable in my opinion... place an online order and shower up 10 minutes late and still not ready been here for about 20 minutes and still waiting... management needs to do better. I've seen several customers walk out just in short time I've been here. Update just came back on 5/13 and again ordered 2 sandwiches supposed to be ready at 525 so I show up at 535 to be safe am told there working on it them 10 minutes later they all for my name just to say they already made it and someone mu

if i could do zero stars i would. walked in at 9. big girl said she would be right with us while the dude was mopping. and she walked off. we walked out and i watched her laugh and dance and go back behind the counter.

Went there for lunch no white bread had only italian herbs no other choices offered wraps for extra 3 dollars. Several delivery online drivers told you have to go to other location but they still taking orders. Dont waste your time here!
