I went for Spinach Ravioli with pink sauce topped with ricotta and Chicken Sorrentino which is a meal in itself. The ravioli were very good! Delicate pasta filled with spinach, complemented by the creamy pink sauce, which I found the slightly lacking in salt (but it’s just my personal taste), the dish was very satisfying. The Chicken Sorrentino was the standout. Featuring layers of juicy chicken, eggplant, mozzarella, and bacon, with mashed potatoes and perfectly steamed vegetables sautéed with garlic that completed the
