Disappointing experience at Estrella restaurant on March 7th. Unfortunately, I found a plastic glove in my food. Due to my long working hours, I didn't have a chance to return until today. When I spoke to the staff, I was directed to the manager. However, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he questioned why I didn't report the issue sooner. I explained my busy work schedule, but the manager's response was unhelpful and unsatisfactory. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction and food safety is alarming.
