This is the best Wendy's in Westchester Square. I have the big classic baconator and it tastes delicious every time. The tables and bathrooms should be kept clean on a regular basis. On this day the bathroom was clean. The dinning area needed organization. It's a very busy restaurant with high schoolers young kids and older adults. My mom likes coming here!

Ordered two combo meals. One was a spicy original chicken sandwich and we got a burger instead. The second one was a son of baconator, but the meats were smaller than the other burger. Rude person on the speaker. At 7pm on a Monday. No ice in the drinks either. Someone who is a foodie, is disappointed. First time having Wendy’s in months, and this experience was horrible. Please, consider this review and revise your choice to eat elsewhere.

The drive through window was so dirty, it was enough for me to cancel my order & keep driving! It’s so easy to clean a glass! If something as simple as a glass isn’t clean I can imagine the hard stuff like grease on the grill, floor etc! ….. Nasty management needs to step down and you need a new Night crew

Just like castle hill the Westchester location it’s absolutely horrible never clean always stickie and dirty by the soda machine. And on top of that the afternoon noon manager is disrespectful. he wears slippers at work the way he presents himself shows how the whole afternoon crew performs. Wendy’s in the Bronx are just awful..
