This is the best Krystal that I have stopped at. I'm comparing it to the old Greeneville location, the Johnson City location and Knoxville as well. The food was fantastic for fast food I only docked it a star for service because it took a long time to get my food, but it was definitely worth it. I ordered burgers, fries, onion rings as well as chicken nuggets. I have to say they were all very good. I would drive back to Morristown for the chicken nuggets alone. They did not carry one drink on the online menu in that location, but asked if I would accept a strawberry lemonade in it's place. All

We ate here once a week for a while I love a good gut bomb every now and then but when you get an order wrong and call my wife a lier and hang up the phone on her I'm going to put you on blast. I've tried to get a resolution for the problem but the GM and Regional manager Mark S just doubled down against us. Seems they are too good just to call us and offer an apology Mark S has my number and was able to email back and forth for an hour or so but couldn't take the time to call and make things right. The cashier disrespected my wife first so she got disrespected back I don't care what she told

The drama alone here is ridiculous. Over the past 24 hours I have watched a customer complain about not receiving an order as they ordered. They warned people to check their food on Facebook and that has caused the manager to call them. It doesn't matter if the customer was rude on the phone, I would've been too. Don't call me out of the blue to complain about my post. Don't call me at all without setting it up. Now a Facebook post has been made complain about the original post. This is insane, you all need to grow up and learn how to deal with this type of drama or switch fields. Food service

I'm rating the food based on other Krystal restaurants. Everything was fresh. But the place looks like you could by a used human liver out of the back door. It's probably the most run down place in town. But they pass code. Says 97 on the health inspection. When the lady treated me at the menu board, she started off with it's only 2 of us in here so it's going to take some time. Haha.
