I have been moving all day from Morristown to Bean Station, so I went into the Wendy’s on E. Morris Blvd. at about 940 tonight, with my daughter. The dining room was completely empty, yet every single employee ignored us and didn’t even take our order for a good eight minutes after we walked in the door, and stood at the counter. Then the employees were extremely rude, and not friendly,AT ALL!!! It was like we were a burden to them. After moving all day, I just wanted a hot, quick meal, but it was neither… and the staff was despicable. Without a soul in the restaurant, you would’ve thought

Would never go back to this location. Went inside, my feet were sticking to the floor as we walked to the counter. The women took an "employees" order im guessing he was going on his break. She told me she would be with me in a minute. Stood there for 10 mins. I walked out at that point. They had mutiple employees but no one seemed interested in helping. This wendys was dirty and definitely needed some help.

It's time to invest in coverings for your drive-thru menu and window. I got drenched in the rain waiting for someone to take my order, then at the window the girl got soaked trying give me my order and drinks. I got to deal with it once -- your employee got repeatedly soaked with every drive-thru order. Time to do better!

We haven't been to Wendy's in a while because of bad experiences, so we decided to give it another chance. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The manager was of absolutely no assistance and frankly acted like he didn't care and pretty much could have said, get used to it. I ordered the Baconater at $8.99, and a Son of a Baconater at $5.99, both sandwiches were far from looking, appetizing my question: How many pieces of bacon goes on a Baconater Managers' response: two. I ask, how many in a Son of a Baconater ? Managers response two Okay, I'm asking public opinion on this one
