First time visit to Sonic for Breakfast. I ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito. It's supposed to have • Eggs, Zesty Cheese Sauce, Bacon, Tots, Shredded Cheddar, Cheese, Sausage, Tortilla. It was pathetic. One strip of bacon smaller than the picante packet and it was smaller than a McD's burrito. I included the receipt to prove the order. The order screen wasn't working either. You couldn't tap very much on the screen. The staff member was nice enough though, with a smile.

I ended up being 30 minutes late for my doordash order. If you're expecting speed i would go to another sonic. Everytime i pick up a doordash delivery order i end up waiting 15+ minutes. It also should be standard to provide a drink carrier for delivery orders, i always have to ask. And when i do ask the employee disappears and doesnt come back for a while. My deliveries are TIMED!!! this is RIDICULOUS! The drinks are always overspilling and they forget to provide enough straws. When I went to the door myself to ask a THIRD time for my drink carrier I saw the employee talking and dilly dallyin

I got my two ice cream things out I got the tropical cream slush and it was not mixed very well at all and the top of it was all yellow and not mixed and the fruit I could barley chew in it and then I got a Cookie Dough mini blast and it came out blended but It didn’t have any cookie dough on top so very disappointing I try not to come to this sonic cause of the atmosphere and the workers and cause the food here is terrible cause it’s the closet one to my house but I have to go to a sonic 15 minutes away from just to get good service and respect and being surrounded and feel safe in another so

We visit this location often and overall have a good experience. The food is consistently fresh, and the drinks are always spot on—exactly what you expect from Sonic. The staff is also friendly and does their best, which we appreciate. That said, it’s pretty common for our order to come out incomplete. Almost every visit, something small is missing—whether it’s a side, a sauce, or part of a combo. It’s never a huge issue, but it does happen often enough to be noticeable. If the team can improve on order accuracy, this location would easily be a top-notch experience. We’ll definitely keep comin
