Used to be way better. Salads, burgers and fries are all not what they used to be. Fries are always soggy but now they are cold soggy and doused in salt. So disappointing when a place doesn't have food fries. Salads are meh but okay in a pinch but none of the food is worth the money here anymore. It used to be much better food. Raising prices and dropping food quality. We will not be eating Hello Bistro again

I really enjoyed my first visit to Hello Bistro. The prices were fair and I thought food quality was very good. It was actually a nice change of pace from a packed sit down restaurant, and I will definitely return. This place is a gem.

Very fresh lettuce mix. All the veggies were heavy portions and the servers were very nice. The fries were delicious! Crispy but not overdone. The chicken grain bowl was my favorite and we took a personal salad to go. 5/5 good outdoor seating as wrll

Amy deserves a huge shoutout! DoorDash really dropped the ball on our order, but when we called the store, Amy immediately stepped in and took care of everything. She even offered to call me when the Dasher arrived (which unfortunately never happened), and when I ended up going to pick up the order myself, she had already remade our fries so they were hot and fresh. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make a frustrating situation so much better. Truly can’t thank you enough, Amy!
