This past early September marked the very first time trying an Andy's location and was a pleasant first experience. We live up in Beach Park in NE Lake Co and don't have a single Andy's location so took advantage while in the area. We had just got done eating dinner in town after wandering around Randhurst Village so naturally gotta explore the dessert options for my boys so Andy's it was. The custard is incredibly creamy, rich, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The flavor options for the custard are only vanilla and chocolate with lots of different toppings, which keeps things interesting. The staff is friendly and the service is usually quick, even when there’s a line. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that prices are a bit high and there is limited seating and can be easily without seating during busy hours. Overall, it’s definitely worth the stop when you’re craving something sweet and indulgent.

Loved it. Fast, friendly, so many choices! I really loved that I could get a child sized sundae and add pecans. Hubby went simple and got chocolate custard on a cake cone. So good. Love the decor.

Friendly and fast as normal. Great flavor and quality. Only thing is the expediter was in such a hurry he didn’t ask if I wanted vanilla or chocolate for the boot daddy after ordering a triple chocolate…felt so rushed I didn’t even notice it wasn’t chocolate that I would have preferred till I was out of the lot and down the road. It was good but would have been better if he’d asked and I chose chocolate. And there was only one car behind us and then he went inside.
