Unlike other bakeries where I had to wait 24hrs for a call back, they were so easy to work with — I was able to place my order and have a beautiful two-tier fondant cake for my husband’s 50th birthday without any hassle. Amazing cake and gorgeous decorating!! We ordered a cake in advance for a Sunday morning pickup and not only was the bakery worker (I think his name was Bob) who I spoke with on the phone awesome, but the cake turned out beautifully and tasted delicious!!! He took time on the phone with me to make sure everything was as we wanted it from flavors to designs, and I’m just so pleased. This was a 1/2 sheet cake with yellow cake, whipped cream frosting, lemon preserves, and fresh strawberries - my new favorite combination, simply perfect for summertime. Everybody loved it! I hate to write this, but I came in at 8:30 a.m. on a Friday. I’ve lived in the area for five years and had been wanting to try this place for a while. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Everything was fresh, but the taste was really unpleasant. I’m not sure if it was the dough or the oil used, but the flavor was off and left a bad aftertaste—so much so that it even made my coffee taste bad. Maybe it was just an off day. I don’t know. That said, the staff was very kind and friendly. I just wish the product matched the level of service they provided.

Ok, it looked great, smelled great, the lady was very sweet and friendly, but the carrot cake we bought was just not good. The frosting was like a watered down version of what you'd expect. The after taste was bad. The cake itself was dry on the ends so maybe we got an old slice? I dunno but needless to say we tossed most of it out and will never go back.
