Wow! I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering. What a disaster. Ordered 1 pizza and a drink on the app and never got a notification pizza was loaded into the Pizza Portal. I finally went in 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time to check and while waiting at the counter, I saw the stack of pizza boxes on the back prep area counter. And yes, they all had pizza in them because I watched her multiple times open and close many of them. First off, I was craving pizza but didn’t want to break the bank, so I chose Little Caesars since it was on my way. I figured it wouldn’t be busy because it was early and they had just opened at 10:30 a.m. As soon as I walked in, it was obvious the place hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The restaurant was dirty, which was already disappointing. What made it worse was the gentleman who took my order—his nails were long and visibly dirty. Here is a list of the issues we experienced during our order: 1. The pizza was not ready at its specified time. 2. The employees in that back did not even know about our order. 3. We were just given a random pizza that wasn’t our order. 4. That pizza was clearly old and was not even warm to the touch. 5. We were not given crazy sauce with our crazy bread. 6. When we went back in for the crazy sauce, the employee filled it only halfway and refused to fill it any further. 7. Unprofessional staff, waited in front with no other customers present and it took them around 10min to get to me even though I could see and hear they weren't doing anything but chatting, even casually dabbing up their friend or another coworker right in front of me. I've been here multiple times and it's always the same, I overhear they constantly mess up other people's order. I myself ordered a slices and stix pie and was given deliberately messed up food (see photo). Will not recommend this place anymore.
