After waiting 20 minutes, they left out one of my items. They also didn't update that my order was ready until 2 hours after I already had my food, so don't put too much trust in the online order tracker. The icing on the cake is that once my order was finally marked complete, I reported the missing item and received no response. I tried to call, the phone number doesn't work. I tried to file a complaint on the corporate website, that form also doesn't work. the moral of the story? check your items before you leave, you aren't going to get any assistance at all unless you're talking to someone

We really love this Checkers location, but they do occasionally forget items—just now, they left out my wife’s shake. I don’t think it’s from a lack of effort; they honestly seem understaffed. When we went back, the woman kindly gave my wife the missing shake. However, I feel that simply getting what we already paid for wasn’t enough, considering we had to spend extra time and gas to return. A small compensation, like a free coupon, would have felt fair. Still giving four stars—room to grow.

I had the worst experience at Checker’s on Queens Chapel Rd. I went to pick up a DoorDash order. The heavyset Hispanic woman and flamboyant man never acknowledged me. I stood at the pick up window 10 minutes I even knocked on the window.

It taste like Wendy's wasn't bad but the food on the menu is actually bigger than the food itself 😕 I'm more on the skinny side but still a big back so it felt like paying big Mac prices for Wendy's jr bacon size burger
