We visit Mantra India at least once a month and it never disappoints. The North Indian food is consistently excellent and the service is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. They have a decent wine collection that pairs well with the spicy flavors. While the desserts could be a bit better, the quality of the main courses and the warm atmosphere keep us coming back. A top choice in Mountain View!

We've been going to Mantra for years, since it opened – it feels like a second home. The staff, like Romaldo and Joy, are super friendly and always greet us with a hug :) We still remember 2018, when we went for our anniversary. They found out and surprised us with a killer kulfi platter (on the house) that made the day extra special. We love the afternoon buffet, especially after a hard workout sessons 😊 – it hits the spot every time! Definitely recommend .

Very disappointing experience overall. First, the Tawa Pulao looked more like plain colored rice than an actual tawa pulao. There were hardly any vegetables in the dish, and when I pointed this out, I was simply told that this is how their Tawa Pulao is prepared. That response was both surprising and disappointing. Second, the Cajun Paneer Tikka appetizer was served on a sizzling plate, but the paneer and vegetables themselves were not hot. When I asked about it, I was told that serving it hotter might cause other customers to sneeze because of the spices. The explanation made little sense a

I recently visited Mantra India Restaurant in Mountain View and had a great experience. The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the garlic naan was perfectly baked, and the biryani had an authentic blend of spices that really stood out.
