“Really good food and GREAT service!”

Apparently you’re only allowed one Arby’s sauce per sandwich and have to argue to get more even when you get two sandwiches and they still only give you one packet. Never thought you had to argue for something, I figured it was customer service to provide an extra packet or two, the shift manager or general manager guarding them like they come directly from their paycheck. I’ve worked food industry before so I know they “cost” but why cost the company customers by being extremely stingy over something so frivolous.

My Granddaughter wanted to go here so we did. She had the 4 piece chicken tenders, crinkle fries and a vanilla shake. Her meal was pretty good. Can't go wrong with the chicken tenders. I had the Hush puppy breaded fish , crinkle fries and a Jamoca shake. I do not recommend the fish. It was over cooked and the flavor was bland. I tried but could only eat two of the three. The fries were yummy as usual. Always love the jamoca shake. The bathrooms needed cleaned and fixed. Seemed to need a deep cleaning. The cover to the papertowel holder was completely missing and well it smelled at bit. I st

Manager took our order at speaker and was absolutely rude from the first word out of her mouth! We got 4 Rubens and bread was totally untested n barely any meat! For $20 I would hope 4 sandwiches would b decent! I called back n she said they didnt toast the bread n said it was it is about the meat n wouldnt replace any of it!
