Dunkin’ on Tillotson in Muncie is a very standard Dunkin’. The food and drinks are consist with what you would expect to get at any Dunkin’ across the United States. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We stop here frequently when stopping at Ball State or when going to meetings in Muncie. It’s always a quick trip through the drive through lane and pretty fast when you go inside. The inside is clean and so or the bathrooms. The atmosphere is lacking but it’s not a place that we hang out, just grab and go.

Honestly it’s hit and miss at the Tillotson location. I placed an order online for pick up last week and said no cheese on my sandwich again. When I went to eat it, it had cheese on it. I ended up trying to peel it off and it was burnt. I ended up throwing it out. Emailed customer service twice and NO RESPONSE. I won’t be ordering food anymore.

Everytime we go in here the staff is very rude. Today I ordered an iced tea. I brought it back to the counter because it was very light colored and tasted like ice water. I order iced tea all the time and it was off. Four girls working there looked at me and ignored me then a gentleman who works there stopped to help me. I was speaking to him and he offered to make me a new iced tea. Then another girl who works there tossed a tea bag at me said said that's how it's brewed and if I didn't like it I could brew it myself. She was so nasty towards me. The other girls working there stood around her

People were efficient, not really nice but efficient. I went on a Friday at 0540. I ordered a large iced americano, light ice 3 stevia and 4 shots toasted almond and unfortunately it tasted moldy, will not be ordering again.
