I placed my order for pickup and it stated it would be ready at 8:34PM. We pull in the lot at 8:27PM (we drove about 15 minutes to get there). I text to say I am here (I did forget to put the spot number but I did text back and say “HERE - 4”). The order didn’t even come out until about 8:44PM. I had the steakhouse filet salad a few months ago and it was great… nice long slices of a center cut filet, perfectly tender. Unfortunately I’ve been back two more times hoping to relive that memory but unfortunately the meat now is not center cut filet… im guessing they are using the chine from the side of the tenderloin because 2/3rds of the beef is inedible due to the sinue and connective tissue. I sent back the dish only to get the same tough garbage. If you need to raise prices to justify using the meat described on the menu then do so. People that enjoy filets don’t mind paying for it. L

Got home opened my take out and can actually count the fries they gave me as "side dish". They forgot our drinks with our take out order. I went to call and well don't bother because they hung up on me without even saying so much as a hello.

My husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse for my birthday. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Aubree was our server she was very sweet and kept our drinks filled and made sure that we had everything that we were needing. She made my birthday very enjoyable and even gave me a free ice cream scoop with chocolate on top. Highly recommend.
