This was my first time here I thought the food was decent the 1 lbs of skirt steak 45 bucks nothing special and rice and beans on the side meat needed more flavor 3/5. We were also recommended a shrimp dish with garlic cilantro 4/5, Chipotle sauce shrimp that was ok as well 4/5. Overall the staff and owners are great the treat you like family. Food and atmosphere were amazing. Five star food for sure. Some of the best Mexican I have had anywhere....and I travel the country for a living, including Arizona and New Mexico. The pico was deliciously spicy. The chicken actually moist and very flavorful. But kids today. So disrespectful....and I was even overly generous with the tip! I tipped 36% and got nothing but treated disrespectfully. I'd be very upset that I live 8 hours away, if the service was kind. I really wanted this place to be nice but I had one of the worst experiences I ever had with a restaurant and management. We booked a table a week in advance for a friend's birthday. We called ahead to make sure we were still good with the table. When all 6 of us got there we got seated right away. It looked beautiful and all of us had high hopes for the food.
