Let me start this off by saying my husband and I LOVE cookout. We order the exact same thing about 98% of the time, but almost every time there’s at least two things wrong with our order. Tonight we went and ordered our usuals, ending with a huge cheerwine with NO ICE. We get up to the window and get handed a regular large cheerwine full of ice. Large is basically a medium, a huge is a large, in cookout terms. We corrected the girl at the window and reiterated the no ice part, got handed back a huge full of ice. respectfully, please invest in better speakers in the drive through as well as better headsets/microphones for the employees!! it’s like every other time i come here something i order is wrong. because neither the person coming through the drive through nor the person speaking through the headset can hear eachother. it’s not an employee issue either, they repeat back my order through the speaker but because it’s literally impossible to hear anything through it i end up getting the wrong food. just irritating as it’s a very common occurrence.

Best Cookout experience of my life.. Workers were friendly and efficient, and despite the rush all at once inside and out in the drive through line following a nearby late night concert, they were funny and helpful with great recommendations.. The place was clean, and the hand washing sink in the lobby was oddly convenient and helpful.. Shakes were great, fries were cooked to perfection.
