Update: FROZEN BREAD! I went to Capriotti's again because let's face it. They have some tasty recipes. But this company has really lost their way! I ordered a medium Cole Turkey and chips. The bread tasted old. I told the girl who seemed to be managing the place that the bread tasted old and asked if they bake their own bread. She told me "No. We received it frozen every two weeks from Las Vegas." Really? How is that in any way more economical or higher quality than a local bakery? Great welcome in from the staff. Genuine care and interest in their customers. The Bobbie will always be a favorite. Their best was perfectly soft inside with a good, strong hold the sandwich together outside. The turkey was moist and the cranberry sauce has the exact about of sweetness and a hint of sour like cranberry should. I like to add a little pepper relish on for a good kick.

I Often stop here after finishing my day job on my way to my swing shift. I call in my order and they always have it ready and it’s always delicious. Today, a bonehead mood of mine put me in quite a predicament. I miss getting to the shop to pick up my sandwich. Three hours later I still wanted the sandwich. I came by just now to pick it up and was told that it was comped by the store manager. It’s really thoughtful gesture for a pretty crappy day. God bless Capriotti’s. Thank you. You all need to check your soda fountain. No carbonation on my Dr. Pepper. I wasn't pleased! My sandwich was amazing! Tell your people if they aren't working to not stand near the register and avoid me!
