Had a great experience at Black Bear Diner! The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The portions were generous, and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. It’s easy to see why this place is so popular. Katie made the experience even better with her outstanding service. She was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. She checked on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks filled, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food combined with Katie’s excellent hospitality made for a fantastic visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Our server Josue was an absolute joy. Very attentive and engaging. The portions are huge and prices very reasonable. I get the appeal for families and people with big appetites and tight budgets. Definitely salty though. Be careful if you have high blood pressure. Seems like some ingredients are canned or processed, adding to the salt load. Service 5 stars, value 5 stars, food...meh...3-4 stars

Service, Food, and atmosphere so good we had breakfast there 2 days in a row. Restaurant very clean, I appreciate that. To me it speaks to the idea that pride in your food is also reflective of cleanliness and how it can attract & detract from the entire dining experience. My eggs were perfectly over easy (medium). The pork sausage links were really tasty, and my blueberry pancakes were really light & fluffy. If you get the sausage & gravy over biscuits (my husband did, ask for one biscuit (it comes with two). This store seems to have a lot of regulars. Customers walk in and the servers know their beverage of choice and entree! Great service, fair prices, and good food with decent portions! This is my second Black Bear Diner to review and it’s been consistent! I do have to say that the decor seems a bit tired and there was a musty smell in the dining area when I walked in. Other than that, it was a pretty nice experience!
