Where’s the Beef! The founders would be very disappointed. This place used to be awesome. Now…. Let the pictures tell the story. Almost no beef. Sweet peppers not great either. Portillos on Ogden beef is better but don’t get combo as portilos sausage isn’t editable. Nicky’s is also newer for me but combo very good, sausage good and plenty of beef. Portillo’s has plenty of beef also just don’t get the sausage. I won’t go back to bueno as it was that bad. Sandwich and one side over 20 at bueno. Just no bueno all around!!

I feel like the amount of beef I'm getting on the large beef has decreased to the point where I need to say something about it.. downgrading 2 stars. Edit: after thinking about this for several hours, I have to say that I genuinely feel like I got ripped off. I spent like $15 on a large beef and fry. There was so little beef that I couldn't really taste the spices and flavor I've grown to love from Buona. I simply tasted bread. If they are going to start shorting the meat, like Portillo's is now doing, I can't see myself coming back. I'm really upset. I loved Buona!

I ordered a regular sized beef sandwich at the drive through and service was friendly and fast. I think the person taking the order asked if I wanted "charred" peppers & mozzarella & I'm glad I said yes. The charred peppers especially added even more flavor to an already delicious sandwich!

Stopped by Buona today and had another fantastic experience. The food was awesome as always, so delicious and consistent. My kids absolutely love their pizzas and how tasty they are! I always get the beef with a side of onion rings 😋 A huge shoutout to the manager Kristen. She is always as sweet as can be and truly cares about providing great customer service and making sure everything is accurate. It’s also wonderful to see how sweet the whole staff is. You can really tell everyone is happy to be at work which says a lot about a company. 10/10 recommend!
