I didn’t take a picture of the bagel because I was just going to let it go, but it was so burnt it was basically inedible; I couldn’t even chew it, and the seasoning on top tasted terrible from being so charred. The coffee tasted off so I started inspecting the cup and I noticed long brown pieces sitting at the bottom of my iced coffee, which was really concerning. Definitely not what you expect when you’re just trying to treat yourself. Very upset and disgusted. 👎

The service was quick but they looked like they were being held there against their will. Not welcoming at all. My sourdough sandwich was good but the bagel breakfast sandwich was so burnt that my fiance couldn't even really bite into it. We had already driven away by the time he opened his sandwich and with traffic we werent going back. Just disappointing. He liked his coffee though.

I payed $13 for 2 drinks and a sandwich, my coffee was made poorly by the lady PRAVEG, I went back because I noticed my coffee didn’t even have a label of what I ordered, I kindly asked if she could remake it the way I ordered it and asked me to pay more of what I already did. This is not the first time that this has happened. I drive to this location because it’s closer to my home but I will definitely be driving to a further location.
