I am newly gluten free and just had the best experience at this location! The lady, who I assume was the manager, immediately had all staff on the line change their gloves and clean all the equipment to ensure that it would be safe! She even went in the back to get fresh lettuce to ensure there was no cross contamination. She was extremely friendly and did not make me feel as though it was difficult/ a hassle. I will definitely be back!

This place apparently had my review from September removed service is horrible. Slow, doesn't give bread options. I went to the jm on 75th st excellent service at that one.

This place is not worth the wait. Food is decent but you will be here bare minimum 20 minutes to wait for a sandwich. I was here over 30 minutes waiting for a single sandwich last week. Every customer I've talked to here is always annoyed. They seem to be in no rush and could care less about how long people are in here. Their manager is probably the worst employee of them all, Slow pace, poor customer service. If this wasn't such a popular doordash spot I wouldn't accept orders from here but sometimes you don't have a choice. Hoping they can hire some quality employees for their sake before th
