Le Chocolat du Bouchard is still, after all these years, one of my favorite places to indulge in something wonderful. What began in my mind as a temple of decadent desserts has evolved beautifully. The Bistro now serves inspired French fare, Croque Monsieur and Madame, baked French onion soup, sweet and savory crêpes, and other thoughtfully prepared dishes. It’s no longer just about chocolate, though let’s be honest… the chocolate still reigns supreme.
