Do yourself a favor and ignore the bad reviews. We go to dinner here all the time, and it's always top notch. The food, decor and vibes are so good. Some people want to be miserable, I guess. First, this is a family run business and are often open from 4 to 8 pm. Good for them! Second, they rely on takeout, so yes, often the place isn't that crowded. Atmosphere: really, really cool. Love the plants. We went at a quiet hour and it was like sitting in a jungle. However, the room was very cold. Bring a light jacket. I've been to this restaurant three times in the last year and while the food is good and the plants and lights in the restaurant are pretty, the service is severely lacking. The man who works upstairs and is the "host" is not welcoming at all. My wife and I came to this restaurant on a Tuesday night around 7:15 PM and upon walking upstairs we were swiftly told they were closing at 8:00 PM (which we knew). We immediately felt like we had to rush through our meal. I wasn't a fan of the QR code menu system from our first visit but was thankful for it this night so I did not have to interact with
