While.we have always enjoyed our visits to 5 guys....our last experience was less than stellar. We placed an online order for 5 burger, 2 fries and 2 shakes. Got everything home....and every single burger was made improperly and 1 was not even fully cooked. We will reconsider visiting again after this experience. Not even any star I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Guys location. The woman taking my order was extremely rude from the beginning and didn’t seem interested in listening to what I was asking for. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then it felt like she was ignoring parts of it. Good customer service is the bare minimum at any restaurant, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. The restaurant itself was also very dirty. The tables didn’t look like they had been cleaned, and the overall place just felt unorganized and poorly maintained. When you wal
