New Taj India is a bit of a hidden gem just outside the core of downtown Nashua. Arriving between lunch and dinner crowds, it was a bit quiet. Owner Ginny met me at the door and took care of me from there. The restaurant is beautifully - and authentically - decorated, giving the experience a nice vibe. To start, I dove into an order of soft and sweet Punjabi Nan which comes with a couple of sauces for dipping. Then came Taj Choice, a mixed platter of appetizer items and more sauces; everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. I could have stopped there, but no. For the main came a monst

This is my second visit. I had the curried goat. The sauce was awesome. The goat was tender. Unfortunately it did not take on the flavor of the sauce. The rice was cold. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Just like my first time, I did not feel welcomed, no QC checks, nothing about the service would justify the additional 18% to 30% tax on the check. The server did the bare minimum which is to take the order and bring the food out. Service has to drastically improve for drastic improvement on tips. Best regards. Thank you

I got door dash.... 5 entrees and everything was amazing! We have a lot of good Indian food and Nahua and this is my favorite. Nothing here is less that great and most things are amazing!

We have been here many times over the last 10 years. It is by far my favorite Indian places. We have traveled all over the states but we always have to do this one when we are in Nashua. The spice levels are always right on target. If you want them hot they are very hot. If you want it mild they can do that too.
