I recently visited Stateside Kitchen and had a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. Stateside Kitchen was an unexpected gem—one of those places you wander into on a whim and end up genuinely impressed. I was walking to a museum when I heard an awesome DJ spinning from inside, and that alone pulled me through the door. This place was phenomenal. The service, the food, the atmosphere, the music. Our DJ in particular was fantastic. Our server Bella, was so sweet and so on top of it. We even waited for far too long for our food, complained about waiting for our food and Bella didn’t miss a beat. She made sure, our cups were always more than half full, she checked on us nonstop. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant.

I stayed at the Dream for four nights and I assume the food I ordered in the coffee shop up front came from this place since they don't have a kitchen. I found the hours for the Stateside Kitchen to be a bit erratic....maybe private events during Christmas. On Sat morning, there was a DJ with Christmas party and drag show so that was cool. Another day, it was closed with signs saying to order at the bar. So, I'm putting in a review for the bar food and the breakfast I ate each day. I had the omelette two times for breakfast and one of those times was with the chicken sausage but the amount of
