We were craving donuts today so we stopped into this Dunkin. We were helped right away! The nice lady that helped us was super helpful, and managed all the kids chaotically giving her their donuts orders. All the staff were great, but we really enjoyed chatting with the lady who helped us get our donuts. They even gave us the last wedding cake ring box, which the kids loved!

This Dunkin’ is not the best. The employees are very rude and unprofessional; they rush you at the counter and are not friendly at all. To the point where when you approach them professionally, they tell you off very rude to you . This is the slowest location in the area. Our food and drinks took 20+ minutes to come out, and there was a lot of confusion at the coffee station. Even though they were fully staffed and there were very few guests, it took forever. Went on a Sunday morning and the line inside and out was insane and even though they took their time making stuff, a lot of orders were still missing things or incorrect. Employees attitudes also not good. Their donuts and coffee are not even worth the hassle. Could get better at a gas station lol. Support local business and go to Navarre bakery where they make their donuts fresh or if you want some really good traditional donuts and other quick breakfast staples take the extra few minutes and drive down to Gulf breeze donuts and kolaches . They are amazing and cheap! Will not go here again.

Visited the store today for ice cream and snacks with the family. Unfortunately it was not a good experience which is disappointing as my young children were having a difficult time prior and this was supposed to be a positive experience to cheer them up. The manager and two young individuals on their first day of the job were present. There was no clear direction and both individuals seemed very nervous and confused.
