Decent Breakfast food. Pancakes and waffles were top notch. The eggs omelette were a bit on the greasy side. Eggs tasted as if they were cracked and sat in an egg bucket for couple of days - disappointed! For this type of level restaurant & prices, eggs should be made fresh. The fresh fruit drink were partially fresh. Grapefruit made fresh, oj I am not sure…. It did not have that fresh taste. Service was good. Coffee was average - not Starbucks or Peet’s level. Pay attention, they add 20% gratitude to the bill automatically

Came here for brunch with friends. Overall, it was okay but not very memorable. I ordered the beef brisket hash and was really disappointed. The beef had no flavor and tasted like it had been boiled, though the potatoes were actually very good. My friend enjoyed the egg wrap, and my sister’s Taylor frittata (sub turkey sausage) was large and delicious. The veggie skillet was fine but nothing special. Really enjoyed my morning at STAX Cafe. The service was genuinely great, our server was super friendly and very attentive and the food was really good. It honestly just made for a really nice start to the day. I kind of wish I lived closer because I’d probably come here all the time.
