I'm a student from out of town and was looking for a place to get some homework done! This was one of the only places that was open when I got in this morning, and thankfully so! There were quite a few areas to sit, and the lighting and decor created the coziest atmosphere. My latte was delicious and came out faster than I anticipated, everyone in the building seemed to personally greet me, and despite being there for several hours, I never felt unwelcome! This is a great spot to catch up with a friend or get some studying done! :)

Chelates is the best and has space for everything you would need in a coffee shop. I have gone with others and found a cozy nook to talk in, gone to do homework and spread myself out on a kitchen table, and brought my son for a quick sweet treat on a table for 2. Shelly is amazing and so is Shellates! Highly recommend.

One of the coziest coffee shops I've ever been to! In addition to great coffee and service guaranteed with a smile, this place has a room very similar to a living room with furniture, homey decorations, and tables with chairs. Connected is a little library with more comfortable seating and even a few small study/meeting rooms. You can sit anywhere and they will find and bring you your order.

Shelattes is a great little cafe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their food and coffee is delicious and always served in a timely manner. I also love that there are open spaces as well as little rooms, so you can come with a larger group of friends or even by yourself to work on your laptop and read.
