I visited the Qdoba at 2216 State St, New Albany, IN 47150 on July 1, 2026, at approximately 6:50 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The cashier was not wearing a name badge, so I wasn't able to identify her. The only identifying information I have is the host number on my receipt (TM1119). From the moment I walked up, she was unfriendly and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. There was no greeting, no smile, and no effort to provide even basic customer service. She didn't mention or offer the rewards program, ask if I wanted anything else,

I love qdoba, but this location suffers regularly from very inconsistent service. I'm not sure if they are just having trouble keeping the same crew or what, but I hardly ever see the same faces in there twice. Sometimes the food is great; sometimes it is not. If the prices were a little higher, I would be giving this location one less star more than likely, but even though it feels like a roll of the dice, at least it's Qdoba.

Whoever made my bowl tonight did awesome. I had a bunch of specific stuff (lots of light stuff, including guac and sauces) to meet my dietary needs and they made my bowl perfectly. My husband’s cheese and carnitas bowl was perfect as always lol, but they did an exceptional job tonight and seemed to make the bowls with care.

We hosted a free community event at our business, Precision Health Chiropractic. Misty directed our catered hot bar, answered any questions and was prompt about communication. Food was ready on time. Excellent quality, our event was successful thanks to this meal! We were so happy with this catering service!
